After being let down by their builders our Dawlish clients needed someone to pick up the pieces and move on with their project: a timber framed 2 storey structure comprising of a large garage and workshop with downstairs cloakroom and a spacious office with dormer above.

It wasn’t long before the frame was up and the roof constructed. The roof was completed with spanish riven slate. The exterior was meshed ready for rendering, after which the bespoke windows, including a lage bi fold window, door and bespoke garage doors were installed.

We then moved onto the interior, creating a wooden staircases and laying oak flooring.

This was our client’s response:

“David and his team took on a project which was already started and, despite having to deal with another company’s poor work, completed a two storey 1300 square foot garage, workshop and offices on time and (apart from extras) on budget.  If anyone wanted to talk to me I would be more than happy to offer a sincere recommendation of the team’s excellent attitude, integrity and delivery.”
